Meeting for New Members

We have grown by leaps and bounds just this week alone! Many of you have recruited friends and neighbors in recent weeks – thank you! More than a few of you new folks may be asking “Now what?” and “What is this group really all about?”
So for those of you who have never been to one of our meetings, we are having a special welcome meeting to help get everyone up to speed on the following topics: our origins, our mission statement and philosophy, goals for the group, meeting formats and topics, tips for using our Facebook page, things to know about calls to action, where to find resources and also our current committees. It will also be a good opportunity to see in person that you really are not alone now and to say hi to your new tribe members. We will have this meeting periodically as new members come on board.
